The location is great near many landmarks. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and quite cosy. I will return to this hotel when I come back.

The shower was very disappointing. The water pressure was weak. The water temperature was not hot enough. The fridge did not cool the drinks inside it. It was annoying to drink a coke that was not really cold.

the location was superb near major attractions i could walk to easily i also found the staff helpful especially with directions and local tips the rooftop bar had lovely views a great spot for evening drinks i very much appreciated that. the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety and fresh pastries were available each morning. the rooms were well-kept the air conditioning worked efficiently i had no issues with the temperature. i found the bed comfortable after long days.

i noticed slight wear and tear on some of the furniture in the room i stayed in. it didn't affect my stay significantly but it's something to note.

the staff were cute enough, i suppose. nothing too over the top, just... there.

the noise was ridiculous! i swear, i could hear every flush from the rooms next door. it was like a symphony of plumbing all night long. needless to say, 'exhausted' doesn't even begin to cover it.

The hotel location allowed me to walk to the trevi fountain easily. i also found many bars and restaurants within easy reach. the room size was nice, and the bathroom was huge. the hotel staff ordered a taxi for me to the vatican. It came quickly.

the room i stayed in had some issues with cleanliness. i noticed a lot of dust on the lamp cables. i also thought the gastronomy prices were very high! the facade of the building did not match the architecture of the area.
